If you decide to go ahead with our final quotation, we will ask for a deposit to begin the project, once the deposit is received, we will be in contact with you that day to give you an estimated timeframe of job completion or to arrange the final site measure appointment if your building is already established.

Your final site measure appointment will take between 1-8 hours depending on the scope of the project, we use our laser guided measuring equipment to accurately measure your building before plans are created to make the windows or doors.

We will keep in contact with you as your project progresses to work with other trades if necessary. Once your windows or doors are ready, we will be in contact to organise when would suit best to begin installation. 24hrs prior to installation you will receive an email reminder and an SMS reminder the morning of installation.

Travis will organise a time that suits you to return to your property for a walk through, this is to go over any concerns or issues you may have (if any). Once all issues are resolved and you are happy with our products and service, we will only then ask for our final payment of the project.

We offer a 12 month workmanship warranty on all our products & services. If you have any issues or concerns in the following 12 months after installation, please do not hesitate to get in touch with us.
